  1.     Welcome to PRAYER LINE! This is my first attempt at a Pascal 
  2. program. I trust it will run well for you. <g> A big thank you goes to
  3. Brian Leiter (Sysop of Gamenet BBS) for his assistance in this project.
  4. Brian was kind enough to share the source code with me of his EXPRESS-IT
  5. one liner. From this source code I was able to arrive at the final form
  6. of PRAYER LINE. Brian also assisted by giving me answers to various 
  7. questions I had about how RMdoor and Pascal worked together. Thanks a
  8. load Brian!
  9.     At present I am not satisfied with the way PRAYER LINE handles
  10. the BADWORDS that may be entered in PRAYER LINE. For it to find and delete
  11. a word the case has to match EXACTLY. The next learning curve is to 
  12. change this so that it will not be case sensitive. Hope to figure this out
  13. in the near future.
  14.     PRAYER LINE can be used either in the log on procedure to your BBS
  15. (like other one liners) or it can be run strictly as a door. Myself, I have
  16. it set up in both places. That way if  user remembers a request once past
  17. the log on sequence, he/she can go to the doors section and enter it.
  18.     One possibility for use of PRAYER LINE is to ask for volunteers
  19. from your BBS to form a prayer group. Ask them to download the list of
  20. requests at least once per week and to pray regularly for them. As a
  21. CHRISTian, I DO believe that prayer makes a difference!
